Start skewering. Begin with a mozzarella pearl, then add a basil leaf (fold it in half if it’s a big one). Follow that with a cherry tomato, another basil leaf, and finish with another mozzarella pearl.
Repeat. Keep going until you’ve used up all your ingredients.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Sprinkle with black pepper. Just a pinch to give it that final touch.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
