Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 390°F. While it heats up, gather your ingredients.
Prepare the Marshmallow: Cut your marshmallow in half and stick the cut side down onto one graham cracker. This little trick keeps the marshmallow in place so it doesn’t go rogue in the air fryer.
Toast the Marshmallow: Place the marshmallow-topped graham cracker and the plain graham cracker in the air fryer. Cook for about 1½ minutes, or until the marshmallow is golden brown and perfectly puffy.
Melt the Chocolate: Remove the toasted marshmallow graham cracker and set it aside. Place the chocolate square on the plain graham cracker and return it to the air fryer for about 30 seconds. Keep an eye on it.
Assemble and Enjoy: Sandwich the chocolate graham cracker and the marshmallow graham cracker together. Serve warm and prepare for sticky fingers and happy faces.
