Optional: whipped cream, mint leaves, or strawberry sauce for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Use the back of a spoon to level it out. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Make the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Add the strawberry puree and mix until the filling is evenly pink and infused with strawberry flavor.
Assemble the Cheesecake
Pour the filling over the chilled crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight for the best texture.
Add the Toppings
Before serving, arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cheesecake. Add optional garnishes like whipped cream or a drizzle of strawberry sauce for extra flair.
Carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan, slice, and enjoy!
